3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via USDT (Tether) to ensure speed and privacy.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods and the irreversible costs associated with content creation and link placement, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processing has begun.
• Payment Confirmation: Orders are only processed after the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

4. Delivery & Reporting

We strive to deliver all services within the estimated timeframe stated on our website (typically 2 to 4 weeks for full indexing). However, SEO is a complex process, and slight delays may occur due to network updates or crawling fluctuations.

Upon completion, you will receive a full report containing the live URLs of your backlinks. It is your responsibility to verify these links upon receipt.

5. SEO Disclaimer & Guarantees

While we use high-quality strategies designed to improve your search engine rankings, BacklinkSuper does not and cannot guarantee specific search engine results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google).

• Search Engine Volatility: Search engine algorithms change frequently. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in your rankings or traffic.
• Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for penalties or ranking drops caused by previous low-quality SEO work, on-page issues, or future algorithm updates.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and valid URLs and Anchor Text for your orders. We are not responsible for errors made by the client during the ordering process (e.g., misspelling the target URL).

You strictly agree not to use our services for websites containing illegal content, hate speech, or any material that violates international laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to any URL we deem inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BacklinkSuper, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Link Permanence

Our "Permanent" backlinks are guaranteed to remain live for the lifetime of the blog or domain. In the rare event that a domain is deindexed or drops due to technical issues within 6 months of purchase, we will replace the link on a comparable domain free of charge.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
